Hello Team 302!

Welcome to the U14 Co-ed Fall 2019 season.  I am Jim Besada, your soccer coach this season. Once again Jason Sindoni is the assistant coach.

I have reserved fields for two practices a week:

  • Wednesday 5:30 - 7:00 at Mine Falls 4A.
  • Fridays 5:30 - 7:00 at Main Dunstable 3A.

Games will be Saturdays at 9:30 at Mine Falls.  Please be at the fields promptly at 9:15am so we have time to warm up before taking the field.  Take into account that it's a bit of a walk to get from the parking lots to the fields.

Our first game will be on September 7th.  Our first practice is set for Wednesday the 4th.

Quick reminders:

  • Shin guards are required and you must wear socks long enough to cover them.
  • If you have braces, you must use a mouth guard.
  • If you wear glasses, they must have a strap.
  • No jewelry is allowed.  (Religious bracelets must be fully taped or they must be removed.)
  • Remember to bring your NYSL jersey to games.

Please respond so I know you have received this email, especially if you are new to organized soccer or NYSL.  Last season, there were issues with broadcast emails not going out to everyone, so a simple "Got it" reply is very helpful.  In addition, I will be posting messages to the Team 302 page of the NYSL website so you can check for updates there as well.

See you next week!

Coach Jim
