NYSL is a volunteer-based organization and we need coaches at all age levels. No experience is necessary and we do provide coaches education. We need Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Parents. All teams need to have 2 coaches. Please consider coaching. Without coaches we do not have teams. Register to Coach HERE

Season Details

Our season is secheduled to start on September 9th. Weather permitting our season runs for 7 Saturdays, not including Columbus Day weekend. For individual time and field information for each age grouping see registration programs below.

Picture week is 9/23 and 9/24. Look for more infor as we get closer to this date. 

NEW THIS FALL: We are excited to launch U4! Our U4 is a bit different than our typical program. Please see the U4 landing page for specific details.

UPDATED FOR FALL: NYSL has adjusted the age divisions for our older players. This season we will have a U13 and a U19 division. This change will allow better player distribution and overall better balance. See U13 and U19 pages for more details.

Registration Details

Payment must be submitted at time of registration to be complete.

Payment may be made with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit card. We do not accept checks or Cash.

Unpaid registrations are deleted after 48 hours on non payment. 

There are NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS unless a player cannot be placed on a team by the NYSL or if they become injured before the season begins. 

Multiple Player Discounts

• $50 player registration fee per season

• $20 per player for 3rd, 4th, etc. family member registered. All registrations must be made at the same time.

Uniforms

U4,U5 and U6: Uniforms will cost $15 and include a green performance T-shirt and green soccer socks. T-Shirts will be available in both Youth Small and Youth Medium Sizes.

U7 – U19 Uniforms are $30 each and include a green and white reversable jersey and green soccer socks. This uniform can be re-used in subsequent seasons.

NYSL now offers shin guards as part of our uniform offering. They are slip in style guards for $10 each.

Player Safety Items:

• Shin guards are required for all practices and games.

• Cleats are recommended but NOT required, toe cleats are NOT allowed

• All glasses need a safety strap

• Children with braces must have a mouthguard.
